Symphony No. 1 (Revised)

A signature Rochberg work, the Symphony No. 1 is finally available in published score format. This, again, is the restored version, in its original 5-movement form. There can be no question of Mr. Rochberg's skill with the orchestra, and of his ability to spin nice lines into a good fabrica (Paul Henry Lang, New York Herald Tribune)
